A few years ago, Stéphane Guindon, owner of a physiotherapy and osteopathy clinic, experienced difficulties with his provider and decided to relocate his website and his Domain Names. Stéphane agreed to share the experience he had with DATAenligne in this interview. He has trusted DATAenligne since August 2018.

Thank you, Stéphane, for agreeing to share your DATAenligne experience. To give the reader some context, could you tell us about the nature of your web project and the situation you were in before choosing DATAenligne?
Stéphane Guindon (SG)
Certainly! When I launched my rehabilitation care and treatment clinic, a friend helped me set up my website, which he hosted on a server at his home. Initially, everything was fine, but over time, the site started having problems.
As technology is not my specialty, I relied heavily on this friend. Over time, I quickly realized that his technical expertise in website hosting no longer met the requirements of my web project. I was concerned that this would become a handicap for my business. The site was experiencing problems related to the transactional part, which did not seem to meet web security standards. He kept telling me that everything was fine, that the site showed no sign of having an SSL security certificate. It was becoming truly worrying.
I quickly understood that I needed to make rapid changes to my hosting service and my website in order to better serve my regional clientele.
I needed to find a technical resource to ensure the accessibility of my website, but also design and integration skills to correct and improve my website.
This step was an essential prerequisite for increasing my clinic’s web visibility and revenue.

How did the transition go?
SG
I first conducted research to find what I was looking for, but most options did not meet my essential expectations. I reached out to my network of business contacts, who told me about DATAenligne.
Rather than relocating a faulty site, I opted for a complete site redesign. A marketing specialist led the project, and DATAenligne’s web design and integration team developed and launched it.
It’s so reassuring to be able to work with your technical team and your web design team.

Since the launch of this website, how would you describe DATAenligne’s services?
SG
I believe DATAenligne offers some of the best customer service I have ever received. I remember one Friday evening when I had a technical issue. Not knowing how to resolve it, I called DATAenligne. Honestly, I was convinced I would get a voicemail. But no! Someone answered, and they resolved my problem.
The response time from the support team via the ticketing system is just as efficient. And that’s not to mention the valuable advice I’ve received over time.
Furthermore, we recently launched a new version of the website cliniquesanteguindon.com. As soon as I approved the work, the new site was live.

Have you been able to quantify your gains since this change?
SG
Certainly! My clientele originating from my website accounts for approximately 2/3 of my revenue. I have seen my traffic statistics increase significantly between my first version of the site and the one we recently launched. We still have work to do, but my site’s web visibility is growing rapidly. I can see this with the appointments booked through the site.
It’s like night and day between the experience I had in the past and today’s experience. If I disregard my website, I can say without a doubt that, since 2018, working with DATAenligne has been one of the best decisions I have made. I have great confidence in the team, and I feel that the team is committed to the success of my business. They are my trusted team.
